Redditch offers all the variety in housing you would expect of a large and growing town. From town centre flats to picturesque cottages
in villages around the town, modern housing in planned developments to older properties. Almost two thirds of the town's housing stock is owner occupied, with the bulk of the rest rented from the Council or Housing Associations. The new town's residential areas have been thoughtfully designed to create a feeling of space, with each neighbourhood having its own local shopping centre. With pleasantly landscaped areas and parks in abundance, Redditch is certainly an agreeable place in which to live.
