A foolproof guide to leasing a unit
We've gone to a great deal of trouble to make leasing a unit at Manor Side as painless as possible. In fact, it can be done in eight, straightforward steps and more quickly than you'd imagine too.

Step 1
Get in touch with the agents. You can click here to send an email, or click here for other contact details.

Step 2
Tell them what you want. Go into details: size, eaves height, floor loading, loading bays and so on.

Step 3
The agents will let you know what units are available that meet your criteria; or discuss how we can create a solution for you.

Step 4
Come and have a look round. The agents will take you to view the unit(s) that interest you, and give you a general feel for the Estate.

Step 5
Agree terms (rental, length of lease and so on) with the agents. We are well known for flexibility in our leasing policy.

Step 6
It's in your interests to take legal advice on the lease, so consult a lawyer. However, we're confident that there aren't any nasty surprises in it. Go to the link on the left to download a copy of our standard lease. Once you've consulted, we can agree on the form of the lease.

Step 7
Sign the lease. And set up a standing order with your bank.

Step 8
